awful first apartment here at Boone
Parking is terrible the doors to the bedrooms do not lock there is no lounge area like listed above. The mail room is a free for all, they just drop everyones packages off in the mail room on the floor. Every time I go look for my packages I have to search through everyone's mail to find mine, my stuff has been taken out of the mail room because its just a free for all literally. All the amenities that you have is the rooftop and its just one section with chairs and tables, there were supposed... to be TVs and fireplaces but no. way to overpriced for nothing. So many other apartments have gyms, lounge areas, actual parking, much more and you will pay less there. They are very nice because they're brand spanking new that is all. At all cost look around in Boone before deciding here, make this your last option.
