This complex has two floor plans, each studio apartments, The Dogwood and The Laurel. The… Laurel is an interior unit with a little more square footage so that you can maximize your living space, and The Dogwood is a corner unit with additional windows to allow in ample sunlight!

All units have granite counters, luxury vinyl plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, and a ceiling fan in the living/bedroom.

The Dogwood rents for $1015 per month and The Laurel rents for $1035 per month. The security deposit is equal to the rental amount. The administrative fee is $50 per person. The rental price includes standard Cable/Internet, on-site trash dumpster, and a monthly utility allowance of $70 for water and electricity. Parking at this complex is limited, and spots are allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Parking is an additional $50 per month.
