West Pointe is an apartment community in Burlington, NC
The apartments are very old, but the previous management company was very meticulous about repairs and maintenance. A new company bought the property (Van Metre) and they are horrible!!! They are such a big company without enough employees that rarely is anybody in the office, they increased their rent by 40%, the number they gave to tenants is a hotline which connects to people in other states, and they don’t have any maintenance…the old management company has been lending them theirs!

Love living here!
I really enjoyed the move-in. The area is very quiet and well kept up. The staff here are awesome and very friendly. I highly recommend living here!
