Great place at a great price!
The apartments are roomy, kept well and convenient to Canton and West Asheville. While no place is perfect in regards to everything, the property managers try very hard to address the many needs of the residents. It is a quiet, safe area where I can walk late night and have no worries. I recommend to anyone looking for an apartment that has much more reasonable rates than the Asheville area! Just a 20 minute drive west of Asheville if the traffic is smooth.
