AXIS Crossroads

The new property manager is so sweet and really listens to our concerns. I renewed my lease before they took over and im SO glad I did. Thank you team!! You'll be stuck with me the next few years [:

I have been here for years at this point and am very confident in the new property management company and so excited to see what they bring to us residents! Aside from that I love the area, its so conveniently located to everything I need. The drives are easy and shopping is easier! Which may be a problem but anyway lol highly recommend!

I've lived at Axis Crossroads (formerly Aventura) for 5 years, and in the 3 months that RPM Living has taken over from Bainbridge, there have been noticeable improvements to the property and community as a whole.

RPM Living has been open and communicative about changes they have made / will make, and have enforced policies and rules that have fallen to the wayside over the years. The package delivery room has finally been fixed, damaged street lights are starting to be repaired, tenants not... following valet trash service rules are being informed, landscaping is being maintained, and abandoned vehicles are being towed.

It's really nice to see that Axis Crossroads is getting better, and I think that RPM Living will keep the high standards they have set for the property and continue to improve upon them. Read More

This was a fine place to live until the new management company took over. In just a few weeks, they have managed to ruin everything. They revoked our ability to pay rent in the office and broke our old pay portal all so they can funnel tenants onto a shady data-collection site called "Bilt". They sent aggressive legal notices to residents about nonpayment and had to send a follow-up email walking it back. Their forced payment portal has been broken from late March into May by their own emailed... admittance. They even block payment on the new platform if you get on their bad side so you can't pay rent, then evict you for it—which is against the law.

RPM Living took over recently, and I can tell they're going to make this community even better than it already is. Gorgeous community, awesome amenities, great location and staff. Highly recommend!
