We had such an amazing experience with the Cortland Team. Trevon and Tiffany were very helpful with the whole process. This was a quick move for us and between doing virtual tours, and getting our process started Trevon made quick work of getting us in the door. We love the apartment, amenities and community events

Great place to live!
I have really enjoyed living at Cortland Cary! The amenities are great, love the gym(s) and pools. The maintenance team is always quick to respond whenever needed. The office staff is always friendly and personable, a very welcoming community. I also appreciate the variety of events they host - there's always something, kid-friendly activities to social gatherings for residents. The location is very close to Target and several grocery stores. Overall, it’s a great place to call home!

Living at Cortland
This is a very comfortable environment to live in. The staff is courteous and the residents events are well thought out. They also think of the youth in most events. Also they have great amenities which stops you from having a gym membership or finding a lot of recreation.

Not Worth the Money
I have been living here for almost two years and things have continued to decline even though rent continues to increase. Maintenance has let themselves into my apartment multiple times while I am home which is terrifying. I have been asking for the bike in the gym to be fixed for almost a year now and they just keep telling me it is “fixed” even though nothing has changed. The fob system has not worked at all since I moved in so the building is not secure. And now I have found COCKROACHES in my... apartment over the last several days and when I called the office to try to get help, they said I would need to wait 4 days until the pest management guy comes again.

We understand that pest issues can be upsetting, and we want to ensure you feel comfortable in your home. Could you please let us know how long you’ve been experiencing these pest problems? As mentioned, our community conducts pest control every Wednesday, and we can also add you to the treatment schedule until we resolve the situation. Your comfort is our priority.
Regarding the fob system, we empathize with your frustration. Many residents, including ourselves, have faced challenges with it. We’ve worked with numerous vendors to improve the system, but we acknowledge it has its setbacks. If you have specific concerns about service team entries into your apartment, please reach out to us directly with your apartment number so we can assist you further.
Just a quick reminder: submitting a service request grants us permission to enter your home. If you prefer to schedule a specific time for a visit or would like a call beforehand, please include that information with your request.

Great Place to Live
The staff is amazing!! I recently had some issues in my apartment and James was the one you took care of my issue. He was very prompt and knowledgeable he took care of the issue with no problem plus, he had a very positive attitude. We have seen him on the property before, and he always has such a friendly smile and speaks. This is a great place to live and your staff is amazing!!!
