Building flooded and now smells moldy
A huge pipe burst in the building and flooded every floor 5 and below. This was January 2026. Residents had to move out for weeks. Now it smells moldy and dirty. Feels like living inside a used wet dish towel. The whole building and elevators were super messed up and it felt like we all lived in a construction site for months but the management was basically like hey we didn't flood the building, it's not our problem.

Hello Rob,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how disruptive and concerning the January water intrusion incident was for our community, and we take your comments very seriously. Our team immediately engaged licensed remediation... specialists, who were onsite within two hours of the initial onset to begin mitigation efforts. That same day, we made in-person contact with all residents whose homes were directly affected, providing support and outlining next steps.
We recognize that the remediation process and necessary repairs created an extended period of inconvenience, and we sincerely regret the disruption this caused. The health and safety of our residents is our top priority, and all work performed followed professional remediation standards to ensure the building environment was properly restored.
That said, if your experience did not meet your expectations, we truly want to hear from you and make it right. We would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly. Please feel free to contact our management office at your convenience so we can address your concerns personally.
Resident safety and comfort remain a priority and hope for the chance to speak and find resolution.
