Love living at Courtland Falls River. The apartments are roomy and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful. The pool and gym are fantastic - we use them often. The maintenance staff is so responsive and the office staff knows everyone in the community. It truly feels like home!

The community is very beautiful love the area. The only problem I have is the staff they are very rude do not want to help always judgmental when you go into the office. They always seem as if they rather do something else than help you out. When I resigned the lady was very hostile and kept arguing with me even tho we were calm and not trying to argue with her. You can tell there’s tension with the employees in office too and that’s not good business on the not being on the same page.

Cortland Falls River is a beautiful community that prides itself in appreciation, cleanliness and safety. The units are beautiful and the team is fantastic with an excellent portal to communicate through. Highly recommend!
