Cortland Highcroft

I recently moved into Cortland Highcroft and I couldn't be happier. The leasing process was smooth, and the staff was very helpful. My unit has a stunning view of the pond and gazebo and the newly renovated interiors feature high-end finishes and modern appliances. The team has been fantastic and welcomed me with open arms. They host fun resident events like weekly yoga classes, food truck nights, and they just threw an awesome pool party with a DJ and a snow cone truck! The complex is also in… an amazing, convenient location, close to many stores, restaurants, and offices. Plus, the apartments are in the district for Highcroft Elementary and Mills Park Middle School, two of the top schools in the state! Poor communication by the management, missing amenities, and unresolved loud ringing noise from AC led to health issues and early lease termination. Avoid this complex. There are plenty more options in the neighborhood.
