    Live elsewhere

    This place is a complete joke for the price. They will email things like:
    - put a towel under your door, water may come flowing in today while we are washing"
    - Don't worry about the leak coming from your kitchen ceiling, just go ahead and put a cup under it"
    - Oh by the way, you owe us $1,700"

    Thank you for the feedback. During our recent pressure washing we did notify all residents that it would be wise to put a towel at the door as it was possible that some water could come in during the professional, property wide pressure washing. It's… unfortunate that you were affected. It is sometimes unavoidable. The leak was repaired promptly and afterward we did advise to place something to catch the water that was already in the walls that might continue to drip for a short period. We spoke in person about it and agreed that it was a reasonable solution for a minor leak.
