If you only care about a roof over your heads, it's fine. If you want to be comfortable and worry free in your apartment, this isn't the community for you. Frequent pest issues that are dismissed as "just part of the location." Letting water damage accumulate until it ruins your belongings with the explanation "we can't do anything until there's water" despite evidence of something wrong occurring. Holes in walls since move in that likely relate to mentioned pest control, bur nothing done. No... outgoing mail for letter/card sized envelopes available on property. Depending on unit you may not even have a closet for your clothes since a washing machine takes up the whole space.

Moving in process was good, the location is perfect right by everything!! It’s peaceful and quiet. The maintenance request response are fast and efficient. The staff is nice and friendly. Highly recommend.!! If you’re looking for a place to call home this is it!! Thank you Jack and Giselle!!
