Avoid- poor maintenance and customer service
Once a nice and affordable place to live, Greystar has taken over, raised the rent every year, reduced maintenance services to the point where now there are none and the units are in disrepair. The office is non responsive to emails and phone calls. Maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks. There are better, nicer places in Chapel Hill for the same money.

Constant rent hikes, no onsite amenities
Greedy corporate owners raise rent every year but there are zero added amenities. Location is good - that’s it. Have raised rent by $200 every year- go somewhere else where you at least have a pool or some kind of extra. This year many units sat empty because the rent was too high- you can get the same type of place in Chapel Hill with a pool, a dog park for the same money and upgrades in the units. These units are old and not updated. Just another money grab with no value.

Great location!
Regent Place is such a great property. I moved in during the summertime and just love the location. I have access to amenities at a sister property but I love the feel of Regent Place because it's a smaller property. Maintenance and leasing are always on top of it and assist whenever needed. They do everything they can do make the residents happy. I will absolutely be renewing here next year.
