Location Style

Great location. I love the apartment, but the bedroom is just a little small. Updated appliances, kitchen counters, and cabinets are great. Quick responses from maintenance. Friendly staff. Clean property and good amenities. Great view from the pool deck.

Nearly Perfect

Uptown location in proximity to pretty much everything? Check.
Industrial loft vibe with Charlotte history? Check.
Generous amenities and reasonable rent? Check.

Camden Cotton Mills mostly has it all–mostly. The units are well-equipped, while the neighbors and staff are friendly. With it's views of the Charlotte skyline, the pool deck is on point. Also, the location is tough to beat, having a killer dessert bar downstairs, two-minute drive to I-77, and five-minute walks to CVS, Dunkin, and... Harris Teeter.

The only thing truly "wrong" with CCM is the no-dogs policy (just cats are allowed for some reason). I realize this is a hit-or-miss concern for some folks, but for myself, I wish it was clarified before the lease was signed. Also, the nightclub in the adjacent building can be overly loud on Fridays and Saturdays, but this is only an issue for certain sides of the building.

All things considered, CCM gets a solid 4 out of 5 in my book. Definitely worth a tour.
