Would not recommend
The list goes on and on. Most recently upon move out they charged me $160 to repaint and fill small picture frame holes. Who does that? That is nothing beyond normal wear and tear. My locked up bike got stolen from the parking garage during the 2 week period they left the gate wide open because it was allegedly “broken.” I would never recommend living here to anyone. Do your self a favor and pick any of the 20 complexes surrounding the area in Southend.

Regarding damage charges, when our homes are not returned to us in the appropriate condition, residents are responsible for the damage charges as outlined in the signed Notice to Vacate forms that are provided to each resident at move out. Camden Southline is a wonderful community! The apartment homes are of top quality and luxury. The office staff are always friendly and accommodating and the maintenance staff are amazing. Service requests are resolved immediately. Perfect location, great amenities and the views are beautiful.

Camden Southline
The building is brand new and the staff is incredible! They are very responsive to any questions or concerns and they know all of their residence by name! Love living here! Friendly fun community! Did I mention that so many things are in walking distance including a grocery store?!? :-)
