I love the location, the staff are very friendly and professional. The layout and location of f my particular apartment is great. I also love the gym. The parcel delivery room is also a good idea.

This is a great building with many amenities that create a positive experience. The building is kept clean, the maintenance is very responsive and the concierage staff is helpful and friendly—as are the rental managers. I enjoy living here.

The 3 BR floor plans at Hazel are the best I have seen in any apartment building. Feels more like a house than an apartment. The grounds and facilities are always immaculately maintained by an incredible daily cleaning crew. Maintenance staff is awesome. Overall a great property.

Mixed community of families, retirees, working professionals. Majority of residents are courteous and friendly. Opportunity to spend time with the community at resident events that happen 2/3 times a month.
