Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the staff is professional, friendly, and always willing to help when needed. Good experience here overall! The amenities are pretty nice and location is good. I was disappointed that some of the problems with my apartment were never addressed and remained problematic the entire time I lived there. For example, my water always smelled like rotten eggs and this was never addressed for the whole year despite multiple maintenance requests

Love my luxury apartment here a Lincoln At Dilworth. The amenities are top tier!!! The leasing team made me fell right at home! The maintenance team always come in time when ever I need help. The location is perfect for those that have a car or if you walk there are store near by and shopping.

Love the area - clean space and overall good experience. Like a lot of Charlotte - it is expensive, and they prioritize deals for new renters, not for those re-signing.

Love the amenities and location of the apartments. However maintenance has gotten horrible over the past year, it takes several days for requests to be fulfilled and the recycling bins are not emptied for weeks causing overfill.
