I’ve really enjoyed living here! My apartment is spacious, comfortable, and truly feels like home.. The community is well maintained, and I appreciate the overall atmosphere and peaceful environment. The staff has been wonderful always friendly, professional, responsive, and willing to help whenever needed. Maintenance is also attentive and handles concerns in a timely manner, which makes a big difference. From the spacious living area to the great staff and overall experience, I’m very happy… with my decision to live here. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to call home!

Five Years Later: A Community in Decline

I have lived at Ashton Reserve for over five years, and unfortunately, I have watched this community decline significantly during that time. When I first moved in, the property was well maintained, and maintenance requests were handled promptly. Not anymore!
For example, I submitted a maintenance request for my inoperable dishwasher on 4/28/26, followed up with a verbal request on 5/26/26, and submitted a third request through the resident portal on 6/18/26. As of today,7/18/26, my dishwasher is… still not working. Communication is so inconsistent, and it often feels as though residents' concerns are not a priority. The level of customer service and responsiveness is awful. If you're considering moving to Ashton Reserve, I encourage you to compare it with other nearby communities. Many offer similar rental rates while providing better maintenance and resident service. It’s safe to say I did not renew my lease.

Unresolved maintenance requests

I have lived at Ashton Reserve for the past five years, and unfortunately, I have watched this community decline significantly during that time.
When I first moved in, the property was well maintained, and maintenance requests were handled promptly. Today, it often takes weeks or even months for repairs to be completed.
For example, I submitted a maintenance request for my inoperable dishwasher on April 28, 2026, followed up with a verbal request on May 26, 2026, and submitted a third request… through the resident portal on June 18, 2026. As of July 6, 2026, my dishwasher is still not working.
Communication has also become inconsistent, and it often feels as though residents' concerns are not a priority. The level of customer service and responsiveness is nowhere near what it was when I first moved here.
If you're considering moving to Ashton Reserve, I encourage you to compare it with other nearby communities. Many offer similar rental rates while providing better maintenance and resident service. My experience has been very disappointing, and I sincerely hope management takes residents' concerns seriously before they lose more long-term tenants.
