I have lived here for three years and have no complaint. A big shout out to Yohan always there when i put my work orders in and ensure that i am comfortable with his service. The community is very peaceful and clean.

Lived here for a few years now, continently close to everything you need.just a mile or less grocery stores, Wally World, restaurants, gas stations, work out facility , banking etc etc. can’t ask for anything more . And it’s not that far from uptown / downtown !!!! Wish our apt was upgraded , been here so long that everything is out dated LOL . But over all good for the price !!

Five stars for a smooth move-in experience at Brookside 17. Everything went exactly as planned. I really appreciate the management team being proactive—they noticed the original ceiling fans were a bit dated and wobbly and replaced them right away. It's clear they care about the quality of the units and the resident experience.

Es una comunidad muy tranquila, limpia, la administración está al pendiente de las necesidades de los inquilinos, en las noches una compañía de seguridad vigila las áreas, constantemente se preocupan por la limpieza, realmente es un lugar muy acogedor

Absolutely love my apartment location it's at the end looking out over the woods and since I've been here a little over a week I have seen several deer coming up in my backyard! Like living in the mountains.
