Nice community. The pond and fountain are nice to walk around. Plenty of dumpsters for trash. Good location. Trees are nice. The wildlife is nice.

The apartment exceeded my expectations. Love the location, finishings and the size of the space. The updated appliances are a win and I am so excited for my new home and starting a new adventure at brookside17!

Nice, friendly neighbors very quiet community. All staff members are friendly and help with whatever needs you may have. Amenities are great. I absolutely love that. This is the place me and my daughter get to call home.

Alls good here. I do like it here. Parking can be a little hectic !!! And I dream of an elevator… when I realize I gotta carry groceries up the to the third level. But I just count it as my daily cardio.
