Lease renewal Had a issue with renewing online so had go to office to process forms thanks to David; provided proof of rental insurance an still got charged. Had to call in to have balance corrected again regarding double charge on trash fees and pest control ($35) & ($24) insurance charge

Handy cap bars Ask for them when moved in July had to buy some on my own and have someone install for me
