Not impressed I was told conflicting information that wasted my time. I can see an upgraded 2 bd townhouse and was shown a model on the second fl. Then I was told that there weren't any upgrades available. Accurate information helps you and me make things simpler during this stressful process. The property was not clean we had to drive to the apartment when usually they have gold carts. It just did not seem well kept and the office personal did not seem excited to show a potential unit.

We have had a huge whole in our ceiling for over a year now that was caused by the roof leaking and despite the multiple maintenance request and even reporting to Charlotte Meck Code enforcement, the problem has not been resolved. The property management doesn't care about their tenants they won't have pest control treat all of the units for bugs and now because of this we have roaches despite us keeping a clean apartment. The pest control company has mentioned that they asked to be able to... spray all of the units but were told "no". This is crazy because all of the pipes are connected so an infestation in one apartment cauaes problems in all of them. If my son wasn't graduating this year and finding affordable living in Charlotte wasn't hard I would move. This will be my last year here.
