Email delinquency notices There are too many delinquency notices every month going to everyone. I have auto pay and have had it for years, but every month we get community wide notices about delinquency policies and warnings. Not sure why we need 3-4 notices a month to everyone in the community about this. The complex overall is quiet, clean, and safe. Maintenance is a bit slow on responding, and they don't leave any notice when they come into the apartment, but they are pleasant to work with.... Valet trash service is not consistent at all in trash pickups (even after multiple calls about missed trash pickups) but that is contracted to an outside company, so not the complex's fault or issue.
