?? 1 Star – Absolutely unacceptable management and zero accountability
I lived at this apartment complex for a year, and throughout that time the staff proved to be incompetent, petty, and completely unhelpful. Resident concerns and complaints were consistently ignored or overlooked. There was no urgency, no follow-up, and no effort to actually resolve issues affecting the people who lived there. Security was a serious problem. Cars were broken into, packages were stolen, and despite repeated complaints from residents, nothing was ever done. No responsibility was... taken, no solutions were offered, and no accountability was shown by management. It felt like residents were left to deal with problems entirely on their own. The situation worsened when the property manager outright lied about a phone conversation, claiming that I had agreed to a lease end date that I never agreed to. When I challenged this and asked for clarification, she deflected instead of taking responsibility or providing proof. After everything they put me through, I ultimately had no choice but to move out. To add insult to injury, I was then charged outrageous and unexplained fees that made absolutely no sense. When I requested a breakdown of these charges, I was told they couldn’t speak to me anymore or explain anything simply because I no longer lived there. How does that make any sense? This management team avoids accountability at all costs and treats residents unfairly once they no longer have power over them. If you’re considering living here, be warned: don’t expect honesty, support, or transparency. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
