For pets over 35 lbs, a one-time $49 large pet fee applies for one pet, and $95 for two larger pets. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, guests must keep noise to a minimum, including avoiding loud conversations, TV, music, or activity that may disturb neighbors. Bluetooth speakers, sound systems, and amplified music are prohibited at all times throughout the unit, hallways, and outdoor areas. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. If a smoke detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. All guests must complete our identity verification process prior to check-in. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old. Access details will be shared via email or text message 24 hours prior to check-in, but only after the pre-check-in form and identity verification are completed. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash and recycling in the designated dumpsters noted in the house manual located in the Guest Portal. Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine. Unauthorized late checkouts are considered trespassing and may result in additional charges or police involvement. If you require a late checkout, it must be requested and approved in advance. Failure to vacate on time disrupts operations and may result in immediate removal. Guests must have and maintain a separate primary residence elsewhere. If we suspect a guest is attempting to use the property for residential purposes, we may require proof of residence and reserve the right to cancel the stay immediately without refund. Mail or packages may not be delivered directly to the unit under any circumstances. We do not take responsibility for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Guests are encouraged to use Amazon Lockers, UPS Stores, or other local pickup locations to receive deliveries during their stay.
