Self check-in is available with a smart lock or lockbox, and some properties may require downloading an app for Bluetooth access. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent via email or message before arrival. The property will be inspected for damages after checkout, and guests are required to report any damages upon check-in to avoid being charged after departure. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. Smoking violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate removal from the property.
