I moved here in August and I love the peace and quiet, the quick responses to maintenance request, and professional yet friendly office staff. I live on the ground level and the bugs ate me up when it was warm, and I see lots of spiders and crickets in the pation, and bathrooms. So far, spray for spiders and a quick swat helps. I wish I had taken an upstairs apartment andmaybe the spiders and such would not be so bad. Overall, it is a very pleasant place to live, clean, quiet and I don't regret... living here.

I have lived In the Parkridge community for 12 years & counting . Love the community & the area . The office staff & mtce staff are always professional, accommodating for all my needs . Love it here
