I have lived here at Parkridge Estates for 14 years plus . I think my length that I have been a resident of the Parkridge Community speaks for itself because I continue to stay & release . Everyone has the ability to leave if their not Happy with their Community! Parkridge keeps the community property looking great . It’s a very nice looking community with trees & flowers & amenities which I myself take advantage of them all . Good location , walking trails & access to even walking to shopping... centers . Staff is always pleasant to me & I really do love my community. Big plus that it is also pet friendly…enjoy getting to know my neighbors & pets . Love it here & no plans to leave the community. Best part of Durham to live

I've had a great experience living here and have been a resident for going on seven years. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and has a comfortable layout that truly feels like home. The management team is friendly, responsive, and quick to address any questions or maintenance requests. The community is quiet, and the neighbors are respectful, making it a pleasant place to live.
One of my favorite features is the nearby walking trail, which is perfect for getting outside, exercising, or... simply enjoying some fresh air. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major roads. The amenities are well kept, and the grounds are consistently clean and attractive. After nearly seven years here, I can confidently say it's been a wonderful place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-managed apartment community.
