Move in was easy but I had neighbors standing in the way of the stairs and just kind of staring at me while moving which I found strange. There is a wasps nest on my patio upon move in and there is some obvious maintenance that needs to happen

Probably the worst apartment I've ever rented. Not sure why it gets a 3.8 avg rating. I'd imagine the property managers might write some of the positive ones, if they weren't obviously illiterate.

- The laundry rooms are absolutely disgusting, with over half of the machines perpetually out of order.
- Maintenance is unresponsive and incompetent. When getting my garbage disposal fixed, the maintenance tech left the chewed-up food he found in the disposal right on my kitchen counter for me to… clean!
- Gym is filthy and poorly serviced.
- Neighbors are awful. Cops were called for constant domestic disputes. At least one DEA raid while I was there. At least one investigation into someone trying to groom kids in the neighborhood.
- Apartment was in poor condition on move in. Most outlets were painted over to some degree. Disgusting, flaky finish on the kitchen counters. Bathroom was like something out of SAW.
- Constant annoying e-mails from the property about nothing.

Do you like living in a dark dirty unit that may have mold, cockroaches and fleas. Where the dishwasher or toilet may leak and and kitchen cabinets may be coming off the wall, never to be fixed? Where management doesn’t care what is wrong with your unit?

Do you like living in a place where management will never respond to an email, text or phone message? Who will give you the run-around if you stop by the office?

Who will allow the dryers to be out of service for months and will not fix… outdoor lights that do not work?

Who doesn’t care if homeless people are hanging around the units and your packages are being stolen?

Who will never evict a tenant no matter how much trouble they are causing the tenants around them?

Do you like hearing every noise your neighbor makes?

The office staff never respond to emails or answer the phone for residents. The pictures of this apartments amenities are YEARS old. The gym is gross and definitely does not look like the pictures. The laundry room was always gross, but it has been broken for months now so it does not even matter. In two years, my rent went up over $200 with no updates to my very dated unit. Management was not willing to discuss rent negotiations. Maintenance is nice, but limited by company policies that don't… allow them to actually make major necessary repairs. Management also sends a weekly email with the SAME bullet points each time, but a title that makes it sound like there are new, important updates I need to consider. Read More
