Awful at handling emergencies.
My apartment recently flooded for the THIRD time with sewage during the recent ice storm. I did not hear from anybody at the leasing office for two days. Maintenance never came in my apartment at any point even though they were aware of the issue.
I was offered absolutely no reimbursement for the accommodations that I had to pay for out of my own pocket because I had no bathroom. I requested lease termination and had to hunt down the regional manager for over a... week only to be told, I would still be held liable for rent for February and March even though my carpets are covered in sewage and no mention has been made about replacing my carpets. I have a dehumidifier in my apartment that by the time it’s removed, it will have been two weeks because the baseboards are so soaked that they are buckling.
I understand things happen, but this is not how you treat a human being. Not to mention my cats were left in the apartment the first time that this happened for five days because nobody came and checked my apartment even they knew sewage was leaking.
I will never recommend this company to anyone or this apartment complex just because of how they handle emergency situations and treat people! Read More

The fully upgraded apartment had missing washer/dryer (and still haven't received), light fixtures, clogged drains, and left over mini fridge in the outdoor closet. All of which have not been addressed for over a month since living here. I'm very disappointed in this apartment, however, i read the reviews before and hand took the risk just because i wanted more space than another apartment i was looking at. I recommend staying away from Aurella Cary and look elsewhere.

We really tried to be patient with these people but our patience reached its limit! Management is just bad. They are still charging us for their renters insurance when we have already showed proof that we have our own. I have emailed them but they dont answer. Early this year, we asked how much we were to pay to break the lease and they said 5 months!! Cant wait for our lease to be over!!!!
