The property manager was very helpful in my move-in process and getting my keys to me with my busy schedule. I truly thank you Raven for waiting after hours for me to get there

This has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. When I moved in, the entire unit was filthy — greasy cabinets, a fridge with a horrible smell, an oven caked with old grime, and dirt stuffed into the crevices of the washing machine. The floors were so sticky my shoes literally stuck to them.

Management did replace the oven and cleaned the kitchen, but it was still far from truly clean. The room housing the A/C unit was especially disgusting.

On top of that, packages go missing… here — yes, theft is a real issue. The common areas are just as bad, with dirty hallways littered with cigarette butts and even dirty socks.

We just moved in and during my walkthrough I pointed out items that needed immediate repairs to the Property Manager. She stated that I needed to submit work orders for repairs. I have submitted several work orders to get things fixed and I am still waiting for repairs. We shall see what happens next. So far I am still waiting and no response back yet from anyone.
