I've only been here four days but I guess it doesn't matter! I'm impressed how quiet the neighborhood is! I enjoy having the trash valet conveniently come by most nights and make the trash disappear! So far I guess you could say, "I'm a happy camper!"

Everyone has been very nice and approachable and the apartment was mostly cleaned up by move-in. I really like how the community members and staff maintain the area. I saw staff walking around the area picking up trash which shows that they actually care about this place. A welcome surprise the the trash valet. I didn't expect for someone to come and collect trash every night but its been every nice. I also love that the reception/common area is decorated and keeps refreshments availabe. Ive... only been here a little under a week but all I have to say are positives.

I have been at Cedar Springs for 2.5 years. So far the leasing office staff is always accommodating, and maintenance is timely and nice. I enjoy the area for walking and the convenience of shopping and/or quick coffee runs.
