Cedar Springs Apartments

Third floor is nice. Corner is quiet area. Raccoons have been a major problem for the past two years that has not been addressed. Electric bill spiked to nearly $600 four straight months for past two years because raccoons have torn through and set up a timeshare in the attic. Nothing has been done to fix where they are entering and repel them from coming back, so they come back regularly. Almost entered the apartment through the vent and smoke detector.

I've only been here four days but I guess it doesn't matter! I'm impressed how quiet the neighborhood is! I enjoy having the trash valet conveniently come by most nights and make the trash disappear! So far I guess you could say, "I'm a happy camper!"

I’m going on my 7th year living in the community. I enjoy the space, location, and the staff is great. It is conveniently located where I can get to where I need to go.

Very slow with responding to my repairs and very little sympathy when going through a very rough transition that was caused by complex neglect.

Everyone has been very nice and approachable and the apartment was mostly cleaned up by move-in. I really like how the community members and staff maintain the area. I saw staff walking around the area picking up trash which shows that they actually care about this place. A welcome surprise the the trash valet. I didn't expect for someone to come and collect trash every night but its been every nice. I also love that the reception/common area is decorated and keeps refreshments availabe.
