Seasons at Bennetts Creek is an apartment community in Gastonia, NC
Problem solved I used the application in the system, I had a water leak in the kitchen. I put in a ticket Saturday evening, Monday morning our maintenance guy came to the apartment. He fixed the issue within fifteen minutes. I forget the maintenance guy name but, since I been living here, I had two issues and he fixed the issue immediately and cleans up behind his self. They definitely stay on top of everything. I just renewed my lease.

Butch Long process but Butch brought us right through it. He was so patient and being 78 yrs old it would have been impossible for me without Butch. Very valuble emplyee and dedicated to helping the new resident. Thank you so very much. Awesome!!

Much appreciation Butch, is the best property manager ever! His attention to detail and move in day my apartment was so fresh and clean “sparkled”. This was provided by Butch. The land scraping, community pride really shows in this community. Amazing work, I feel safe and love living here.
