Hawthorne at the Bend has been the perfect community for us. It is a well maintained, quiet neighborhood and all the amenities we were seeking are available to us. All of the staff have been great to work with. Would certainly recommend this community.

I have been here for a few months and everything is absolutely amazing! From the people in the office to the maintenance staff, everyone is incredibly kind and responsive. The 2 bedroom is a great floorplan, the desk is a nice touch, and the amenities are fantastic.

so cheaply built, looks like an old building. my neighbors have terminated their lease due to mold. you're only allowed 2 people at the pool at a time... doesn't make any sense for families. not enough parking so residents use all the visitors parking and that still isn't enough. stains on our carpet and extremely scratched up floors when we moved in. and we've only been here 2 months lol

hawthorne at the bend has the best amenities around! i’ve lived in a lot of apartments and in my opinion this place is the best of the best. the pool is huge and always clean, the fishing pond is so unique and serene, and the gym is HUGE! i loved the 2 years i lived here!!

Amazing staff and the apartments are beautiful. Really love the playground! We toured the community and can’t wait to move here in the spring!
