PET POLICY: Maximum two cats allowed. NO DOGS. Each pet requires a non-refundable $300/pet fee. All service and support animals permitted by law with appropriate paperwork provided. ALL Tenants must complete a profile prior to lease signing - additional fees may apply.
Rent: $1,800. Security deposit: 1.5x rent. First month & security deposit required for move-in. Income/work verification, rental history verification and background check required on all applicants age 18+. Minimum 12 month lease which can be extended if requested.
