The staff working at this front office are extremely rude, and condescending. This INCLUDES the property manager. In fact I had to go to the bank for some nickel and dime charge and the branch manger said “Oh, yes we’ve heard so many complaints about that place and advise people not to live at Andorra if they are new in town”. All simply because the staff is so incredibly rude.

Management team are extremely rude , condescending and unaccommodating. They have no interest in you as an individual resident and couldn’t care less about anything other than money. The only exception to this one star is the maintenance staff manager who has been very helpful and always has a smile on his face. The people who run the front office could learn something about kindness from him.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, GO ELSEWHERE IN HOLLY SPRINGS!!
This complex will only pretend to care about you until you sign. As soon as your lease is signed, they will not help you in anyway. Their corporate office is too pathetic to even call their tenants when requested in a calm and respectful manner.

Horrible new management! If you like to burn candles in your home there’s a fine print in the lease saying you are not allowed to do that in these apartments!
