Great place and friendly people

Great location, super close to the shopping center, amazing community, property manager and staff members are so kind and friendly, they are super supportive. The dog park is also nice and clean. We have been here for a couple of years now and we are very happy so far.

Amazing community

Been here over a year now and I love the property, staff, and surrounding area. Everything from a Target, to a movie theater, and all the fast food restaurants you can Think of, plus tons of other stores, are literally right behind us. Awesome place to live!!

Easy lease sign in process and move-in process

The lease signing process was smooth and hassle free for some who is fromout of town like me. move- in was also smooth no fuss at all. Small community but well maintained and very close to shopping ( walking distance)

Kindest Staff

I’ve toured over ten apartments the last couple weeks and truly the staff at HSP have been the kindest and most accommodating by far! Add the beautiful, modern apartments and facilities, we can’t wait to move in!

Stress-free living near convenient shops

The property itself is recently built, and it is shown in the cleanliness of the common areas, units, and exteriors.

Rent is realistic for someone who moved from the West Coast, you get more space for the same amount of money spent.

Unit maintenance is not frequently needed, and maintenance staff have always been extremely friendly and helpful.
