Extended Loss of Use of Master Shower and No Resolution.
I lived here for 11 months and wanted to share my experience for anyone considering this property.
Shortly after moving in, I reported an issue with the master shower that caused water to pool and not drain properly. While the issue was acknowledged, it was not meaningfully addressed for eight months.
When repairs were finally initiated, the shower required full demolition, including removal of the basin and tile. From that point forward, the shower was completely unusable for approximately 2... .5–3 months. The repair process was prolonged, and while part of the work was completed promptly once materials arrived, there were delays in finishing the job that extended the time the bathroom remained out of service.
During this period, I had to rely on a much smaller secondary bathroom, which created significant disruption to daily routines in the household.
Although the repair has now been completed and the final result looks good, management declined to offer any rent abatement or meaningful resolution despite the extended loss of use and multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly.
I’m sharing this so prospective tenants have a clear understanding of how management and resident concerns may be handled.
