I love my apartment but unfortunately the staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. I have had to pay my own money for plumbing. I had to have my dad come fix my dryer.*** I have had a few staff members be amazing by the way unfortunately the ones who aren't are very unprofessional. Honestly it has been my worst experiences in over 18 years of renting.

Think Twice - Terrible Maintenance and Cleanliness Issues, Roaches are everywhere
I’ve had a very disappointing experience living in this apartment. There are multiple serious issues that management has failed to address:
Roach Infestation: Roaches are everywhere, making it extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic to live here.
Unclean Environment: The apartment was not properly cleaned when I moved in, and it continues to be poorly maintained. There are dust, grime, and debris in common areas that are rarely cleaned.
Broken Cupboards: Many of the cupboards are broken or... poorly installed, making them unsafe to use.
Non-Functional Washing Machine: The washing machine has been broken for more than 10 days, and despite multiple requests, the maintenance department has not responded or fixed the issue.
Poor Maintenance Response: Maintenance is incredibly slow to respond to critical issues. It’s unacceptable to be without a working washing machine for this long especially when you have school kids.
Faulty Lighting: Several lights in the apartment are not working, which creates safety concerns at night. Again, no action has been taken despite repeated reports.
Overall, the management’s lack of response and failure to address these issues makes living here extremely frustrating. I do not recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and well-maintained living space.

Uninhabitable Apartment
I was moving across country from west coast to North Carolina and leased an apartment in High House at Cary, due to its proximity to shopping and good schools. The leasing office is not responsive and no one ever picks up the phone. This should have been a red flag.
Upon my arrival, I found the apartment in a condition that can only be described as uninhabitable. Specifically:
1) There was a significant infestation of roaches and bugs throughout the apartment, including inside all kitchen... cabinets and countertops. 2) Several kitchen cabinets were broken and not cleaned. 3) The bathtubs were not in good condition and clearly were not cleaned. There were nooks and crannies near the bathtub corners that were not sealed and roaches were crawling out of the cracks. 4) The flooring near the refrigerator door was peeled.
I have documented these issues with photographs and videos, which clearly show the extent of the infestation and the poor condition of the apartment. These conditions make the apartment unfit for habitation, expected by any tenant. I did not move my luggage into the apartment and notified the manager and leasing office staff. The manager accepted that the unit was not livable and offered another supposedly renovated unit. The manager mentioned that the other unit was clean and had no issues and we could move the next day. He promised that if the new unit also had issues, he would refund the deposit and rent money. The next day, the new unit also had the same roach and bug infestation. Upon checking, there were roaches inside the refrigerator as well. Notified the leasing staff of the condition of this apartment and asked to speak to the manager, who apparently was no longer working at the property from the very next day.
The leasing staff agreed that this new renovated unit was also not livable and agreed to raise an IT ticket for a lease cancellation and refund of the deposit and rent advance. I had to continuously follow-up on the same for the next few days and requested them to escalate the ticket to the regional manager. It has been almost a week and there is no resolution yet.
All this while, my family had to go through mental trauma, with no place to call home and were depending upon hotels and friends for our stay.

They no-showed me, then ghosted me
I scheduled an appointment to view the apartments. We showed up, and they didn't. Later, I called and they won't answer. Completely ghosted us. They didn't respond to a phone call, email, text, or anything.
You'd think that because I'm trying to pay for living there, they'd communicate. Nope. Absolute waste of my time.

Roaches everywhere
been here for about 6mos and will not be renewing! So many bugs in this apartment and nothing is being done about the problem. Also, maintenance is the worst of any place I've ever lived, might as well not even have maintenance here. A maintenance person did come look at a problem but he must have just had a cigarette break the odor was overwhelming. Don't get me started on the pool here. this place is a 2 out of 10 at best.
