AC Repair Arrived quickly, within an hour of opening ticket, to repair my AC. Very courteous and did a great job identifying the problem and repairing. Came back the next day to ensure AC was still running correctly. Thank You!

Water damage in bathroom ceilingb Water from a leak in the bathroom in the apartment above wet our bathroom ceiling.
The leak in the above bathroom was corrected.
Once, the ceiling in our bathroom dried, the spots were painted.
The entire process was completed without any inconvenience.

Note of appreciation Palisades Lincolnton is amazing. We have lived here for nine years it gets better each year.
Most apartment complexes deteriorate over the years. Palisades Lincolnton improves every year.
