Stay clear

Bugs, Bugs & more Bugs. Renters beware. Definitely they do not take the renters best interest in mind. Stay clear if you want less stress in your life!!! If I could give 0 stars they would win the 0 today!!!

BUGS AND BROKEN WINDOWS!

Be careful when you take a tour and visit Weston Reserve in Morrisville… the property management doesn’t have the residents best interests in mind. I moved in last year and immediately needed repairs to all my windows in my living and kitchen area, but those still haven’t been made. Also, it took almost 3 months for me to receive a dryer that works. And, I’ve had to have pest control stop and spray my unit three times now! This complex has yet to take care of residents and units responsible for… pests and now other residents are suffering. Rented beware.

I have seen a lot of staff changes since moving in, but all in all I really enjoy living here. The amenities are pretty well kept. Maintenance tickets are resolved quickly.
