Quiet community in a great neighborhood. Great access to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Minutes away from I540 makes the commute easier.

Great property and the leasing staff is very kind and efficient. Groundskeeping does a good job at keeping the site clean, inviting, and hospitable.

I have seen a lot of staff changes since moving in, but all in all I really enjoy living here. The amenities are pretty well kept. Maintenance tickets are resolved quickly.

The roach problem here is out of control. The cabinets are ancient, probably 50 years old, and clearly never maintained. I raised two maintenance tickets and nothing was done. It’s frustrating and unacceptable. At this point, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.
I’ll change my start ratings if my issues are promptly addressed in the future.
