The new management since 2019 has been amazing, Veronica the property manager is always so kind and works with you in any situation you have. The leasing agents are both very sweet and love to help the residents and futuure residents. I have enjoyed being a resident here!

The absolute worst place I've ever lived. Staff is ridiculous and horrible. I think there was maybe ONE staff member that didnt act like they completely hated their job and life. Mold issues inside and outside our apartment. I notified staff; this issue took months to resolve. Mold still remained on the deck when we moved out. They made us sign everything before allowing us to see the apartment. The apartment was in aweful condition. Stained carpeting, and holes in the walls. That is only the... beginning, I could write a novel of the issues with staff we encountered. I took pictures, and a video of before we moved in. Then of after we moved out being the OCD documental person I am. Now they are saying we owe for carpet replacement. Are you kidding me? I disputed with picture & video evidence. They of course said we still owe them the money to replace the carpet throughout. The carpet was probably 5 years old. We only lived there a year. I went above and beyond upon moving out to put that place in tip top condition so no issues would arise in the future.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS! If you do you will experience the same things we did, and the more I talk to people I know now we were not the only ones who feel this way.
DO NOT SIGN A LONG TERM LEASE!
YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Love the apartment. Has 2 full baths, 2 large bedrooms , closet space is okay, living room /dinning room combined. The main thing I dont like is the backside has a very steep slope, making it impossible to used. I am disability but still have a few steps to go up even though I'm on bottom floor. Sometimes upstairs neighbors get loud, but during football season, we do too. so can't complain too much.We recently had to start paying for water which I didnt think was fair, but had to. Pet deposit... was $200 per pet and stiil an extra $20 a month, which I thought was high also. All in all, its a pretty nice place to live.
