The living room has comfortable furniture with an open floor plan allowing for lively cross-conversation. The dining room table seats 6 and stools at the kitchen counter. Everyone can find a spot to "work from home", eat a meal together, play a game, or just reconnect. The kitchen is equipped to make a quick meal on the go or something a little more ambitious. The stacked washer and dryer are in a closet in the living room making it so convenient.

Down the hall, you’ll find the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a bathtub/ shower. The other 2 bedrooms share a hall bath with a bathtub/ shower. The porch wraps around the side of the home allowing for panoramic views. There is a screened porch with chairs and small tables to gather at to toast the unobstructed views of the salt marsh leading out to the Intercoastal Waterway. Teaming with wildlife, this side of the Island offers you a vantage point that beachgoers don’t often see. As the sun goes down the sky is set ablaze.
