This is a great community for the price in this area. Meredith and Logan (Natalia before she moved on to greater things!) are great at the community and strive to keep up the property. I enjoy having my packages delivered to my door, access to the clubhouse, fitness center, laundry room and snack room 24/7!

great location off wake forest road near north hills. good price too. and maintenance is very prompt and willing to help at all times. highly recommended!

Staffs are really responsible! They responded to emails very quick and never miss your messages. The apartment is very new, clean, with wonderful location (great coffee and stores nearby). I haven't really met any issues living my unit, but when I have any questions they are really professional and provide useful tips. The wifi internet and water are covered in a friendly package, which makes my life easier a lot, as I don't bother to set these services myself. One special aspect I never... experienced in other places is that they organize events and interesting activities pretty frequently, foresting a friendly environment for all residents and staffs. I truly appreciate the effort they have been making.

Super nice community and amenities! I love the style of the apartments and how everything is grey, blue, white, or black. Staff is very nice and answers any questions without an issue.
