We welcome up to two pets per reservation, each weighing under 35 lbs, with a fee of $49 per pet for stays of 1–6 nights. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, guests must keep noise to a minimum. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. If a smoke detector is tampered with or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. All units are equipped with a smart lock or lockbox system. Access details will be shared via email or text message 24 hours prior to check-in. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash and recycling in the designated dumpsters noted in the house manual. Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine. Unauthorized late checkouts are considered trespassing and may result in additional charges or police involvement.
