Application Process

3. Applications will not be considered complete until all required information and documentation have been received, including:
· Proof of income for verification
· Completed applications for all adult occupants
· Previous landlord information for rental history verification
· Signed Authorization Form
· Any additional documentation requested by Turnkey Property Management
4. Turnkey Property Management may accept and process multiple applications for the same property at the same time. Priority will be given to the first applicant who submits a complete application and meets all qualification requirements.
5. Submitting an application, signing an Authorization Form, or paying an application or screening fee does not guarantee approval or reserve the property. If another applicant completes the application process and qualifies before you, Turnkey Property Management may move forward with that applicant.
6. Your application fee will not be charged until we begin processing your application. If you choose to move forward with having your application processed, you WILL be charged the applicable application and screening fees. Once processing has begun, ALL APPLICATION AND SCREENING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of whether you are approved, denied, another applicant qualifies before you, or you later choose not to move forward with the property.
7. If your application has not yet been processed and another applicant qualifies first, your application fee will not be collected. However, once you authorize Turnkey Property Management to move forward with processing your application, you understand and agree that you will be charged the applicable fees regardless of the final outcome of your application.

All move-in funds must be paid by certified funds (cashier's check or money order) and delivered to our office.
