Obnoxious Neighbors
1. When we first moved in in 2021, we needed a lot of things repaired. Was not move-in ready.
2. Maintenance is super nice. Usually short staffed but when they can come service you they do a great job.
3. Manager is friendly and sometimes helpful but they have had high turn over of her office staff.
4. Neighbors in complex are obnoxious, loud, honk their horns on and off all day. Illegal drugs happen everywhere here and you can smell it at night all over. Kids run wild everywhere with little... to no parent supervision. They’ve damaged front doors and damage cars. I’ve tried to use the pool but they take it over and it’s too small of a pool to get away from them. People don’t pick up their dog poop despite there being lots of pet stations.
5. Parking is hit or miss. People keep their cars parked in visitors spots for months/years and nothing is done about it. Parking isn’t enforced unless it’s a holiday.
6. Lots of turn over of residents due to huge hike in prices. Prices do not reflect the value of the complex.

OFFICE NEVER ANSWERS
There office never answers the phone, honestly its taken days to get ahold of anyone. There response to email is awful, good business is 24 hour turnaround, they never do, it takes days. The login for residents is all jacked up, it never works and goes to an application screen, so you can never pay rent online. For some reason they cant get it together. The pool opens and closes days in between, we pay for the pool, we pay them to maintain it, get it together. I would never come back to this... property even if you paid me to.

Really great neighborhood
These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.
