Bluestone Apartments

You work hard and pay your rent on time but can't live comfortably in your apartment. Not fair but that's life I guess. I get tired of smelling weed from my neighbor who smokes it everyday. The premises has an no smoking policy but they don't pay that any mind. So if you have allergies and health problems do not move here because you run the risk of smelling your neighbor's weed.

I've lived here for a few years and have loved the complex. Any issues I've had with the apartment have been taken care of. Unfortunately, they have recently moved people into the building who have started bringing drug activity, drinking, and smoking on the parking lot. These trashy/garbage people have begun to bring the apartment complex down in a negative direction. Of course, this happens in the evenings and on the weekends when the property manager is off-site to see this activity.

The rules of this property are for certain people. There is supposed to be no smoking, but people do it anyway because we can smell it coming through the vents. An off-property manager who barely does her job. Two maintenance men, but only one of them does the work. If you have visitors, there are no visitor spots open because tenants park in the visitor spots all the time. The structure of the buildings is cheap. Overall, it's not a decent place to live. I would look elsewhere.

This is one of the worst complexes I have ever lived at. They issue fines with no rhyme or reason, and for any amount they feel like, and don’t follow the rules of their own lease. The garbage cans are constantly overflowing and they try to put the blame on residents instead of installing another garbage can or scheduling additional pick up days. This apartment complex was a nightmare from start to finish.. The apartment itself is beautiful but, with horrible parking, no on site management, hidden fees... I highly suggest you look elsewhere. This place is a rip off and waste of money
