Always improving

Complex was taken over by new group, management and maintenance. Things have improved a lot. I was impressed yesterday as to my garbage disposal was not operating. Miguel from maintenance came and with just a screwdriver it was working again. Awesome. Keep up the good work.

Don’t Do It... Just don’t move here... just drive by this place!

Do yourself a favor and stay away. 1) Children loud and unsupervised all times of day nd night 2) Adults hanging out in parking lots loudly 3) Rude staff 4)Roach infested. Big water bugs but the small roaches as well 3) Great cosmetics but the foundation and the apt itself is old nd beat down . 4) Took them 2 weeks after move-in date to get my stove hooked up and out of the center of the living room.5) Bathroom light switch didn’t work 6) Slow maintenance team

The management is horrible and rude!!! Save your money for an actual decent place. Apartments are out dated and roach infested

casa del luna apartment

new owners the worst ever casa del luna true to there name of no maintenance no repairs no respect for there tenants look up there name. no emergency maintenance 404 388-0919 service staff grace and vanassa very rude and nasty check out building be fore renting don't be fooled by cut grass
