DO NOT LET 5STAR REVIEWS FOOL YOU!!!!

Isn't it strange there are only 33 reviews for an apt complex that is built 20 years ago??? there is a reason for that. Most of the residents are elderly people and families that dont use internet so much.
I made the biggest mistake of my life from renting a garden house here and i wish 1 person wrote these facts about this complex before i rented. so that would save me from loosing $8k and 2 months of nightmare
1-RALEIGH FIRE STATION IS JUST 300 FEET FROM HERE.yes you will be a neighbour of a… very busy fire station. you will hear 5 sirens an average in a weekday and almost 10 sirens on weekends.how many nights i woke up at 2am because of firefighter sirens. if you dont believe me please see the map i post. If anybody mentioned here that there is a fire station so close, i would never ever think about applying here.

2-THIS AREA IS UNDER A ROUTE OF AIRPLANES APPROACHING TO AIRPORT. I am posting a map showing this. You will hear airplane engines from 1000 feet almost 24hours. this is their final approach for landing route.

3-YOU WILL HEAR VERY LOUD STREET NOISE FROM 7AM TO 9PM. Westwood road is a very busy and crowded road full of trucks.you will hear all kinds of loud truck engines and people with loud exhausts and banging music 14 hours a day. I am posting a video i took in front of my door. Can you believe people post comments saying how quite it is?

After experiencing all these horrible noises i had to break my lease and move out in 2 months. I hope my review saves you time and money and prevents from making same mistake

Fantastic Property

I have lived here two years and plan on being a long term resident. This is an extremely well managed and maintained property. Lisa the property manager and Bob with maintenance are
truly incredible and very well liked by our residents.
It is a very safe and quiet community with considerate neighbors. Location is fantastic with two shopping areas practically in walking distance. I was a home owner for 30 years in Raleigh and have been so pleased with my experience living here.

Good to be home :)

I have lived at Fairgate for almost six years and I don't plan to leave. This community is warm and inviting. Maintenance is top notch so our community and homes are always beautiful. My neighbors are friendly, and I love how active this community is. You will always see someone walking their dogs, checking their mail, or hanging out at the swimming pool or tennis courts. Our property manager (Lisa) and maintenance supervisor (Bob) go above and beyond their jobs. They become your friends. When… you live at Fairgate, you're home. :)

Excellent and Thoughtful

My husband and I rented from Fairgate apartments for over 5 years. We were so blessed to have been able to stay at such a wonderful place with a great location. Joanne, the office manager, is easy to work with and always aiming to please. Carlos, who does the maintenance, takes great pride in his work. We highly recommend Fairgate Apartments to friends and family!
