I have been here at Skyhouse Raleigh for almost a year! Nice place to live! The view from my apartment is breath taking. Staff is always pleasant and willing to help!! Deja was one that really helped me out along with Mark! Definitely gonna miss Deja. Would be nice if they had some community events later for the tenants that get off a little later.

The walls are dirty, the elevators stink, and the carpet are beyond just cleaning (replace them). People smoke in spite of management's attempts to control it. This is too bad because the Skyhouse location and views are unique.

This is a building in an amazing location that needs a lot of TLC. It's tired and needs work. Some good renovations have occurred on the roof, at a glacial pace. If renovations continue, it will be better. The pricing is fair. You can't beat the views from most apartments.

2 years here and excellent personal service but a few inconveniences. Early elevator problems fixed and right now the trash chute is not working
