Best kept secret

I moved to this area about a year ago from California, I'm was happy that Sumter square apts had a 2 bedroom townhome ready to move in under $900 a month. Anyone looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom town home for under $900 a month, this is the place!! The mgt is great, maintinance is on call 7 days a week to fix problems right away, neighbors are friendly and it's not far from shopping centers. That's why I recommend sumpter square homes to everyone looking for a place to call home.

Sumter Square

The main problem I have is the plumbing in my building. Everything backs up ALL the time. My neighbors water backs up into my sink if we run our dishwashers at the same.
