I have been here for two years and for the most part my experience living here have been great and I feel that this maintenance request could have been handle differently especially since some of your tenants may or may not have medical issues.

I am very happy with management and the team who helped me with acquiring the apartment. All of the people at the leasing office are very helpful. The condition/smell of my apartment has not been resolved just yet but we are working on that.
