Bounced security deposit check
Just got off the phone my bank about my security deposit because it bounced and they wrote me a bad check. This is absolutely ridiculous. I can’t even. I moved out two months ago now at this point
Lived here for over a year.
I have put in a request to get a key for my back door, as the key from my front door does not match my patio door. I am on the first floor. It has never been fixed. Even though I have communicated this to the main office. This has been a huge concern for my own safety. Put... in (12/27/2024).
There were also gun shells .22 thrown on my patio, and the main office could not do anything about that. Which is also concerning.
The weather sealing has also never been fixed. Nor the seal on my fridge. These were put in 02/18/2025.
The pool was closed for over half the summer. Which I understand was not totally their fault as they had to wait for permits and things. However this should have been handled before the summer.
The basket ball hoop was broken for at least a couple of months.
The gym has had all the smaller weights stolen from the gym.
And this is my last month here, they just started using AI to answer and screen phone calls. They say my lease ends on the 31st. Yet my lease on paper that has been signed by both parties says it ends on the 27th. They tried to charge me for an entire months worth of rent. I called multiple times asking to fix this on their end. Until Hannah said she would send me a link around 1:26, I sent a message asking if this would be sent via text or email. And never received a response. I had to leave work early in order to make sure I could get to the office before it closed. To find someone sitting in one of the offices with Wendy’s food bags and a women in a velour track suit sitting there. And asked again for a link. And was asked “do you know how much you are being charged?”. I did because someone made me add it up earlier. But why you have my information, you have it pulled up on the screen. They should have been able to add it up themselves. Then finally she sent me a link. Yet I still have an outstanding balance.
As previous reviews have stated, trash has piled up at the trash center. Maintenance has kept up with it as much as they can. But I believe sending a simple email saying that if tenants push in the key at the compactor will help immensely. Not everyone knows how to use a compactor.
